A Toi Mon Amour

Un jour je t'ai rencontré
Mon coeur s'est emballé
Et mon âme ne s'y est pas trompée
C'est son double qu'elle venait de croiser...

Dans ma tête des mots résonnent
Des mots doux que tu m'as murmurés
Des mots qui m'ont enchantée
Et qu'à mon tour je te chantonne...

Devant mes yeux dansent des images
Des visions d'évasion et de liberté
Des moments de passion partagée
Et où vers l'avenir se tendent nos visages...

J'aime dans tes yeux me noyer
Sur tes lèvres m'évader
Contre ton corps m'échouer
Et encore et encore laisser la fièvre nous emporter...

Chaque instant avec toi est une seconde d'éternité
Avec toi j'ai envie d'écrire le passé, le présent et le futur
Avec toi a commencé une nouvelle vie, une extraordinaire aventure
Et désormais l'histoire rime avec félicité...

Mon Amour, peu de mots peuvent décrire ce que je ressens
L'amour à ma porte a frappé
J'ai ouvert, l'ai laissé entrer et s'installer
Et je ne peux que te dire je t'aime, tout simplement...

I look into the mirror and see a young boy
Full of hope and potential
A few moments later I stare again at my reflection
And I see a young teenager
Enthusiastic and full of life
Tasting love for the first time
Preparing to step into adulthood
Ready to take on the responsibilities that adulthood brings
I stare again at the mirror
My past lives reflected back at me
I see a young adult
Taking his first steps in the world
Learning how to interact and build a future
Hoping to find a partner to share his life with
Again I look into the mirror
This time the adult is older
Just turned thirty
The stress lines are starting to appear
Hope has faded to cynicism
The relationships have all ended badly
A breakdown is just around the corner
As I look into the mirror
I see a sad young man on a mental ward
Trying to come to terms with the pressures of life
The figure looks lost and forlorn
Will he put the pieces back together again?
Another glance at the mirror
This time the figure is nearly forty
There is a distant look in his eyes
Dreaming of what might have been
There is an attitude of acceptance and resignation
Life is a hard battle and sometimes you lose
Just living out the remaining years
Another glance at the mirror
This time the figure appears much older
The adult is now an old man of sixty-five
There is a look of fear in his eyes
His family have passed on and he is all alone
Only distant relatives remain and they were never close
The fear is of what lies ahead
Pain and suffering and death
As I look again in the mirror
I see a grave and a gravestone
Only two or three people at the funeral service
A sad end to a life
And as he gasped his last breath
Fear was still close at hand
What faced him after death?
Would his soul face damnation
For wasting the gift of life?
The gates of heaven would be slammed shut in his face
A soul without a home too afraid to enter into hell
A soul endlessly searching for redemption but time has run out
A never-ending period of purgatory
A tormented soul without hope of redemption
As I look into the mirror I see my true self
Tears roll down my cheeks
I have seen my fate and it frightens me
Please guide me towards the path of salvation

I lived in darkness
Withdrawn from modern life
My mind was full of negativity
And my mood was depressed
I can relate to the melancholic poets
And the Gothic literature of Edgar Allan Poe
These lost souls are misunderstood
This is not a quest for evil
But a search for positive energy
I will come out of this stronger
Wiser and more sympathetic
I felt so restrained by modernity
By the pressure to conform and look good
I took a razor and cut through the superficial layer
To get in touch with my soul
I had to risk losing my life
To realise how precious it is
Now I am fully restored
A cloak of darkness surrounds me
I see the world in crystal clear vision
Droplets of blood fall from my eyes
A memory of the sadness I endured
A bright new spirit guides me
But the darkness will always be there
To remind me how bright these days are

Mes sentiments sont intenses,
ils ne seront jamais balayés par le vent,
mais peu m'importe le temps.
Dans tes bras je suis heureuse.
Un jour, je me suis rendue compte
que ce n'était pas qu'un bout de chemin
que je veux vivre avec toi
mais toute mon existence.
Chaque sourire, regard, câlin, bisou
forme mon unique bonheur.
Dans tes yeux, je me suis noyée,
dans ton coeur, je me suis ressourcée,
dans tes bras je me sens bien...
Je ne peux me passer de toi.
Aujourd'hui, tu es mon amour,
demain tu deviendras mon Mari
et moi ta Femme!
Un jour, une copine m'a dis:
ne crois pas au Prince Charmant
et en l'Amour Eternel.
Je lui ai répondu
que mon Prince Charmant
allait devenir mon plus bel amour
et que l'Amour Eternel existe vraiment.
Tu en es la preuve.
J'ai tout le bonheur
dont je rêvais étant petite.
Si notre histoire n'avait pas existé,
dans mes rêves nuits et jours,
je t'aurais inventé.

Tu es le soleil de ma vie.
Ta voix, la mélodie de mon coeur, la mélodie du bonheur...
Tes bras, mon hâvre de paix, là où je me sens en sécurité.
Tes lèvres ont la douceur de la rose.
Tes baisers engeandrent en moi mille frissons, mille désirs, un millier d'émotions.
Lorsque, tu plonges ton regard dans le mien, j'ai la sensation que tu peux lire en moi
comme dans un livre ouvert.

Specter of Death



The specter of death

floats round me

watching, waiting

Knowing it won't be long.

His stench is strong

It fills me with dread.

His image a blur,

face a pale orb, not clear at all.

I fade as flowers at Winter's song,

growing ever weaker.

I'm unable to rise

from my bed.

There awaits no Angel

at Heaven's gate.

Wrapped deep within

the specter's embrace

I'll be carried away

to Hell's torment.

I have filled my life with evil

and shown mercy to none.

I feel no remorse.

I lived my life

and caused harm to many.

Their pain and suffering
I did not lament.

To change now

it's much too late.

I missed my chance

to change life's course.

The specter's image

becomes quite clear.

He stands close

arms open wide.

Eyes__ black, hollow spheres.

The stench is overwhelming.

It gags me.

In fear I now tremble

as he moves to my side.

Life precious life

I gasp, but there is no air.

His black cloak round me flows
swallowing me in its coldness.

The suffering I caused

is now my own.

Stop following
And haunting me
Shadows of a horrible past
So awful
I abhor you

Welcoming those
With happy endings
Shadows of an unknown future
Eager to see
What is there in store for me?

Of young images
And old
They look ugly
Yet beautiful
Shadows of a known heart
They are definitely my indelible part

Your Ghost
I just came to say good bye
There's something I needed to do
It’s nothing you did wrong
This choice is for me not you

You won’t ever see me again
I will be gone forever
Wipe the tears from your face
For this love no one can sever

Do not worry Ill always be near
Wherever you are Im there it seems
When you close your eyes at night
Ill be holding you in your dreams

So that you have nothing to fear

I needed to do this

When my eyes finally close

The fragile snowflake
That lands on your cheek

To place the rose on my tomb

I watch from above

Last Breath
You crouch over my limp body
Our hands entwined, shadows
melting into one.
Your eyes,
Once strong and certain
Now, a gushing waterfall
Waves cascading off the edge
Your voice,
A fading symphony
Music to my dying senses
The lyric 'I love you' throbbing
over and over in my head.
Our life together,
A slide show of pleasant moments,
An almost vague memory
Of you and me.
A weak smile on my face as I
pounded on death's imposing door,
Straddling desperately, the thread
between life and death
A morbid white light engulfs me
as I lose balance, slipping into
unending darkness
My life force comes to an abrupt halt
My hand, releasing yours
unconsciously, reluctantly
as I drift into an eternal sleep

DARKNESS LOVE
Within the darkness of night,
Bring forth the black rose,
For thy morbid mistress awaits,
Hear the mortals screams as she wakes,

Her beauty shines from the darkness
within her eyes,
Skin white as snow and eyes dark as sulphur,
Oh what I would give for her,
Just to hear her call my name,"

What I would give,
For her to be mine,
I'd dig my grave,
For I want her beauty to be mine,

Oh what hath spawned
that evil vixen from hells gate,
But only from lucifers mouth,
Can her freedom be set,
She walks the path of darkness,
That will always be met,

She mourns the day,
And with the darkness comes
her appetite to feed on human flesh,
Morbidity within her soul,
and hatred for those who do not know,
Of the life that they could have,

Though darkness has claimed her soul,
She walks as though she doesn't know,
The end for her is near,
And it is truly clear,

"Remember the days,
with the sun and it's rays,
when it shined upon us,
no judgement was passed,
and we walked free in the world,"

Is it true what they say,
There is no beauty without cruelty,
Though to take her life from her,
Would be far worse
than she could ever do,

"now we feel the pain of it all,
for our memories kill her,
and I cannot lose her,
for she is so cruel."

Her sins cannot be unmasked,
For she is the devil within our thoughts,
And pain she seeks cannot be reaped,
From the minds of mortal men,

"as the night closes in
and shadows lengthen across the land,
the mistress rises to take my hand,
her hands as cold as death
and eyes as dark as dusk,
yet I can see the cruelty
in her face but adore her musk,"

with all her beauty and flesh adored,
she took my hand and
delivered the visions
of the life she has led,
pain swept through my body
as I fell to the floor,
screaming in agony,

I saw her life through her eyes,
Felt the feelings that she despised,
And the screams of her victims,
For they hadn't moved from her mind,

And from the pain she'd given to me,
I received an eternity as she was,
Damned and departed from the lord,
Not that I wanted to be of the light,
