How to use this forum...

hello all the members i know that many peoples have a little confuse in this forum so let's me show how u will use it....
1st personal panel;

Index;with it you can go the home page
members;to see all the members of this forum
groupes;to see all the groups of this forum
profil; to change your personal information's(avatar,signature,birth day...)
Mess; to check your Inbox of MP(personal messages)
On/Off;to make log out from the forum


2nd how to put a topic
to make your topic easy go to any place where u want to put the topic(rock,metal, general discussion...)
click at NEW

2nd writ what u want to talk about and send it that's all



3rd how to put a message in the topics?
easy too go to ant topic u want(the best guitarist,guitar lessons,......)
in end of the page you will find a rapide message,writ what u want talk about and send it
